Job Introduction
On this apprenticeship you will undertake a Business Administrator level 2 programme. Whilst undertaking your academic learning you will also be working alongside an experienced team to learn hands-on, work-based skills. Undertake all aspects of business administration works supporting office functions and assisting with efficient and ethical delivery of all secured contracts whilst ensuring compliance with all Quality procedures and safe working practices
Main Responsibility
This is a very varied position that covers many different aspects of administration work that will help embed what you learn at college.
In this role you will be using both specialist systems and Microsoft Suit to maintain records and spreadsheets that will be used to allocate costs to contracts and ensure legal and company compliance . Through these systems you will also be placing orders and then then inputting invoices as they arrive.
There are also other general administration duties such as; minute taking, reception work, mail, photocopying, scanning, filing and other duties assigned by your line manager.
You will be expected to enrol at Grantham College

Qualifications
GCSE Maths grade: Grade C or above (Grade 4 or above within the new GCSE grading system)
GCSE English grade: Grade C or above (Grade 4 or above within the new GCSE grading system)
