Job Introduction
Colas IOM is a subsidiary of the global Colas Group, which operates in over 50 countries worldwide and employs over 55,000 people. We are currently recruiting for a UK based Commercial Manager to work with our small Isle of Man business (50 people).
Our contracting team provides a full commercial construction service as well as specialist surfacing solutions advice. We work on high profile projects within the IOM infrastructure industry and smaller works such as estate road developments for local house builders.
Main Responsibility
The Commercial Manager will deliver an effective commercial function for Colas IOM through strong leadership and management of the commercial team, whilst ensuring compliance with company and corporate governance requirements and procedures. Liaising with and developing long-term relationships with Head of Commercial, Associate Directors, senior managers and others as required in client, supply chain and other partner organisations.
