Job Introduction
We are a specialist contractor covering numerous specialist services. We have a highly experienced management team and a directly employed, experienced multi skilled work force who understand the constraints and challenges of working with a variety of stake holders such as Airports, Highways, Defence establishments, rail, retail sector and ports.
We are looking for a Planer Operative who also has their class 2 driving licence.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for flexible / hardworking individuals who, ideally, have experience in similar highways maintenance roles and HGV 2 driving and Planer operation experience. You will be comfortable working within a small team, under minimal supervision. You’ll be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and the public.
Most important is that you enjoy working outdoors, in all weathers, within a crew Our works takes us across the UK and on occasions into Europe, so applicants must be flexible in their approach to work nights shifts, weekends and staying away from home.
It is essential you will hold a Valid UK Driving Licence and HGV 2 Licence
