Job Introduction

We have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist at our head office in Birmingham Business Park, Solihull. Reporting into the Office Manager you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations onsite and support our employee’s wherever necessary.

Main Responsibility

The successful candidate will be the first and main point of contact to visitors and employee’s at head office in Solihull – we expect a friendly and professional welcome to everyone. You’ll have responsibility for incoming calls and distributing post throughout the office. You’ll take ownership of deliveries, arrange for courier collections and book taxi’s when requested. In summary you’ll be face general support of our head office in Birmingham Business Park, Solihull.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be personable, reliable and able to seamlessly build internal/external relationships. You’ll ideally have some previous customer facing or receptionist type work experience and have excellent written/verbal communication skills. Desirably you’ll have a first aid and/or fire marshall qualification or training, however, it’s not a deal breaker if not – a willingness to learn would be beneficial.
