Job Introduction

Due to growth in the department, we are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join a busy Highways Civil Engineering site in Dover
Main Responsibility
The Senior Administrator will assist with efficient and ethical delivery of all secured contracts and raising purchase orders in our company system, goods receipting of deliveries and processing invoices within required timescales matching against GRN’s and challenging any discrepancies as appropriate. You will maintain accurate records of plant on and off hire to enable accurate allocation of cost to contract. You will be a representive of Colas and the UK Projects team so it will be important to maintain / develop good relations with all stakeholders including clients, managers, operatives and the general public.
The Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate will be an experienced Administrator who is used to managing a varied and busy workload who enjoys interacting with clients and customers both over the phone and face to face on a daily basis.
