We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our Ringmer Team.

Main Responsibility

The Service Advisor acts as liaison between customers and service department by communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems and repair timeline, and expressing customer concerns to service department.

Your role will include assisting with the programming and allocation of work for Colas Mechanical Services ensuring a steady continuous flow of work through the workshop. Updating job cards on the computer database with repair and labour information and liaise with the Workshop to monitor the progress of active works.

The Ideal Candidate

You must be confident, driven and flexible in your approach to this role, as part of this team you will be expected to work under your own initiative and prioritise your own work load, whilst being committed to continuously improving for yourself and the team.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, have strong ICT skills especially in Microsoft Office package and have very good communication skills.
